[Team Rocket Mod]

Greetings, citizens of Kanto. You don't know me, but I know you. I am the Boss of Team Rocket and I have a few words to share with you.

My organization is slowly growing, and I am need of assistance. The family has many branches, and they are without leaders. I need underlings. In order for me to have underlings, I am holding an audition.

If you think you have what it takes to be a greater part of Team Rocket, fill in the sheet below.

Why should you take this position?

Simple, right? It's hardly simple. I am a man who appreciates his work. I will only review those who have an extraordinary response as to why they should take command. When I find someone who is deemed worthy of their desired position, I will make a list and show who has been given what position. When that person has been chosen, the audition for that area will be taken off. I will stop the current audition when all three branches have a leader.

Auditions for the remaining positions, Executives and Admins, will follow in due time.

Guidelines

• I will not review any application whose response is under a single paragraph. I want good material and a great reason to back it up. I want a well thought out response.
  
  
• I require that all applications be handed in with a character profile. The history must not be under two paragraphs and must reflect how you obtained the position and came into Team Rocket.
  
  
• All applications must be sent via PM to Team Rocket Mod.
  
  
• Any existing Rocket members may apply if they desire. The only catch is that your desired branch MUST the branch you previously applied for and it must be the character used. I don't want other Rockets making other Rockets. Cookie Cutters are not allowed in the Organization.
  
  
• Newer members may also take part in this Audition.
  
  

The deadline for the current Audition is October 15th.

You're lucky I'm a nice guy, though. I have extended the current audition to October 31st. When that date has passed, the audition will be closed.

Now that that's over and done with, I would like to announce the winners of the previously held audition and share my thoughts on it.

This audition was a complete disgrace. I had hoped for a few dozen applicants, but that's not what I got. What I did get were a total of three applications, made from the heart and well-thought out. Though, in all honesty, they have failed to complete the template. I'm not accepting them out of desperation, nor am I implying that a few good words will get you in. I am merely growing impatient.

Those who didn't apply, but wanted to... Tough luck. Wait until mid November.

Here are the newly assigned members of Team Rocket. Treat them with respect, or I will make sure that a promotion will be impossible for anyone that doesn't.

Elite Guard: I know I said that this position would be available in due time, but I let this one slide. The winner for this position goes to Jane Doe. Her profile application was... I can't even think of the right word to express my feelings.

Ms. Jane Doe, you may add your profile to the Accepted Rockets section. I hope you will help our "family" grow.

Intel Director: This man that I have chosen has been at my side since I can remember, though I haven't known him that much. We have had a few battles, but nothing more. His methods are... Interesting to say the least. His name is Roy Nigma. His application wasn't the worst, but I felt promise in his words. I feel that he won't let me, or the organization, down.

Mr. Roy Nigma, I must ask that you modify your profile to reflect your newfound position. Keep in mind that this audition is Out Of Character, and the applications were made in the past when Team Rocket was first created.

Grand Hunter: Apologies must me made, as the person I chose seems to have killed off our previous Huntress for this position. The organization didn't know her, nor did I. Florence Werfel, a foreign candidate has applied for the position of Grand Huntress. She, much like Roy, has shown promise in her application. She has quite the profile up her sleeve, and her crime streak is nothing to laugh about. Her trapping skills will surely benefit our "family" and teach our Scouts a thing or two about the perfect trap.

Ms. Florence Werfel, you made add your profile to the Accepted Rockets. With your foreign knowledge about hunting and trap-making, you will surely make a great asset to TR.

As I said before, this was merely out of interest and that gut feeling of promise. The next audition will be held in mid-November, and won't be as easy as this one.

There is a small problem, however. The user known as Tenkyou has not been on recently. If he does not log in in the time between this day and November 15th, I will include the Grand Hunter/Huntress position in the next audition.
