The upheaval of the Red Dragon Clan has subsided. Vicious has been killed, as well as Julia. The mess is in the process of being cleaned up, and the headquarters of the Red Dragon Clan is in complete shambles. Many lives were lost, taken and uprooted. Many bullets fired. Much blood spilled and staining the rich maroon carpets of a once powerful syndicate. Now, the air of Mars is calm. Partner and rival syndicates are quiet, the ISSP are still having trouble with crime, and Bounty Hunters are still hunting and catching their bounties. Everything is back to normal... for now.
