THE CHARTS

Below are the charts needed for Trainers, Coordinators and Breeders for them to be able to control their Pokemon. Team Rocket and the Ranger will work under a slightly similar situation with their Pokemon obeying their commands and orders.

BUT WHY DOES OBEDIENCE HINDER US, ANYWAY?

Funny you should ask. You see, the fact of the matter is that, even if a Pokemon wants to do as you ask, they don't have the means to control themselves and work their bodies into what you desire. Pokemon are wild beasts, underneath it all, and if they grow too powerful without proper supervision (i.e., a trainer who has proved himself and can obviously take care of Pokemon and raise them correctly), they grow... out of control. Even if they desire to assist their trainers, they will mess up, nine times out of ten.

The only way to control one's Pokemon is to prove yourself to them and become a better trainer all together. How do we measure this? In Badges, Trophies and Ribbons.
Without further ado, the system:

• No Badge: Pokemon up to Level 25
  
• Badge One: Pokemon Level 30 and below
  
• Badge Two: Pokemon Level 35 and below
  
• Badge Three: Pokemon Level 40 and below
  
• Badge Four: Pokemon Level 50 and below.
  
• Badge Five: Pokemon Level 60 and below
  
• Badge Six: Pokemon Level 70 and below
  
• Badge Seven: Pokemon Level 80 and below
  
• Badge Eight: Pokemon Level 100 and below
  

• Contest Ribbon # 1: Level 30 and below
  
• Contest Ribbon # 2: Level 45 and below
  
• Contest Ribbon # 3: Level 80 and below
  
• Contest Ribbon # 4: Level 100 and below
  

• Breeder Trophy # 1: Level 30 and below
  
• Breeder Trophy # 2: Level 45 and below
  
• Breeder Trophy # 3: Level 80 and below
  
• Breeder Trophy # 4: Level 100 and below

** Note, this will be further talked about by the executives so that Grunts and Admin may be able to use all Pokemon without restrictions.

• Rocket Grunt: Level 50 and below
  
• Rocket Admin: Level 80 and below
  
• Rocket Executive: All Pokemon will obey you
  

** Note, this will be further talked about by the heads so that Recruits and Elites may be able to use all Pokemon without restrictions.

• Ranger Recruit: Level 50 and below (depending on rank)
  
• Ranger Elite: Level 90 and below
  
• Ranger Head: All Pokemon will obey you
