IX.) Rares & Restricted

Due to whatever reason, some Pokemon just end up being rarer than others. On Indigo League, this is no different, and we have quite a list of rare and never-seen Pokemon

Characteristics of SUPER RARE Pokemon:

• Cannot be bred (exceptions are Ditto and Shaymin from the OLD SITE, but they have their own set of rules)
  
• Can NEVER be found in the wild (except from an admin-made, probably plot post)
  
• Probably won't be sold in any shop ever.

Characteristics of RARE Pokemon:

• Subject to special breeding rules
  
• ALL ISSHU POKEMON CANNOT BREED.
  
• Can not usually be found in the wild (can be found through unorthodox methods or very rare instances)
  
• Best acquired from events or promotions
  
• Probably will not change
  
• Can not be one of your starters/ your starter.

Characteristics of RESTRICTED Pokemon

• Can be found easily in the wild
  
• Subject to no special breeding rules
  
• Are subject to change at any time
  
• You just can't start with these guys
  
• To clarify, Pokemon are put on the RESTRICTED list if we find that too many people have been starting with them. Get rid popular mons, and all.
  
• Seeing how this list changes often, we will not update the Starter Thread every time we update this thread. Assume everything here is current, and that if this thread says "no, you can't have that," then you can't have it, period.
